Nothing Comes for Free

If you have think that you have been getting something in free or too easily, then I will say think again!!!!!

When I say free, I do not means in monetary terms only, broadly it means something happen without any action, event or any reason. We can define these entire triggering events as cost for that particular action.

If we like to observe our natural world, then we will realize that there is no such things called “free” exist in our world. Every reaction has attached with some action. Nothing happens without any reason. Nothing moves without any force. There need to something loose, so that we can gain some thing.

If you are getting something unexpected then it would valid to assume that either you or your loved ones have already paid the prices for that or it is investment you are doing for future events. Swami Vivekananda had perfectly put this below message:

“What we are now has been the result of our own past actions, it certainly follows that whatever we wish to be in the future can only be produced by our present actions; so we have to know how to act.”  Swami Vivekananda

Whatever we do or did or going to do, each and every action will have some kind of impact on us directly or indirectly. It is very simple science which has been taught us by Sir Isaac Newton i.e. “Every action has equal and opposite reaction.”

Well I would like it to elaborate it bit further for example: To have every action your need some pre-action or to have every pre-action you will have some other pre-pre-action. Out Universe is nothing but chain of reaction of everything we do.

Let’s talk about from our day to day life, if you got some free gift, trust me sooner or later you have to pay them back in same or other form. If you help someone today, sooner or later same person or other will help you in some other way. If you hurt someone today, then sooner or later it going hit you back may not be the same way but it will.

Some time we draws hastily conclusion by seeing some through short term gain or loss, like if someone doing bad for some time and still he is reached at the top. Or some time, people are doing good deeds still he is suffering. If you ever trying to decide just by looking this kind of figure, then I would say wait, do fix up your mind yet. You are only looking only one side of coin. Things has not yet completed, they will have pay back or get in return of what they did. They may have already paid the price for all these things or will be asked to pay in future. The reason I am sure about this is because nature has to balance itself.  Balance is the key for nature to survive. Balance is the reason we exist.

My Point is never take anything for granted as it coming free to you, it has cost you do not know if you had paid for it or you will paid for it. Never take discourage yourself, if you are not getting for what you have earned either you will get it or you are paying for what you had already got. That is reason we have asked to keep believe in our selves and perform our Karma.

Nothing Is free

Only one thing is there which you can do as of now, is keep doing positive things, keep moving, if you got any help be grateful for that and keep helping others. Keep accumulating your good action as an investment, so that when return will come, trust me it will be HUGE.

One Step towards Idealism – Swami Vivekanand

There is this strongly conservative tendency in human nature:  we do not like to move one step forward towards idealism. We love to remain idle where we are now and consider itself as practical life. I can consider this attitude of humankind as a person who is frozen in snow while sleeping and if you try to drag them up, they say, “Let me sleep, it is so beautiful to sleep in snow”, and they die there in that sleep. So is our nature. That is what we are doing all our life. We considered this as practical approach as there are many like them sleeping in that snow. If we have to define this attitude in scientific way, then we call this as comfort zone of our mind, it is does not matter if good or bad, right or wrong, moral or immoral. It is just the way they are, and may be too lazy to be changed.

Change Yourself

They will give number of excuses for being like this, sometimes they claims “we are human and human are prone to mistake” or you will hear them saying “we are not gods, we are human”, or they will say “This is practical world, cannot live with ideals” and most interesting “No one is perfect”.

Common let’s be honest with our self for a while, we know we are human, we know we are not perfect, we know we are prone to mistake, but how much time have we spent on changing our self in positive direction. How much effort have we taken to correct our mistakes? How much time have we spent towards being a perfect person? We all know few basic ideal things inside our soul and heart, but during the course of life somehow we lost those track and start giving excuses for our imperfection.

No one is asking you to be become perfect in one day or one year or even this life time. All we are ask you to do take one step forward towards idealism, towards perfection, towards gods.  If you know inside your heart that something you are doing or did wrong, then rather making excuses or justifying that. Do not bring down ideals to justify practicality rather move towards idealism. You should try to correct and change yourself in better way. Every time when you taking one step towards idealism, towards truth, more you will find peace and love inside yourself.

Swami Vivekananda on religion

In trying to practice religion, eighty percent of people turn cheat and about fifteen percent go mad; only the remaining five attain the immediate knowledge of the infinite Truth.

Surprised!! Shocked?

May be you will surprised and shocked or may be you think this how the world behaves. Surely  this thought might demotivate and depress you to pursue the religion. You might decide not to practice it with such negative environment.

But there is no more miserable excuse for inaction than our claim to be weak and unworthy. We are not here to do nothing. He asked us to do something at least, to make some little effort, even if we are old, sick, burdened with dependents and and worldly duties, hopelessly poor or hopelessly rich. He reminds us that true renunciation is mental not necessarily physical.

Practice religion from your heart, mind not necessarily physically.

Wait and Meditate till I call you

Wait and meditate till I call you

This was the last word spoken to monastic disciple by Swami Vivekananda.

It was the 4th July 1902. He meditated for three hours that morning and conducted a class on Sanskrit grammar and Vedanta philosophy for the young monk in the afternoon, after which he took a long walk.

After his return from this walk he went to his own room and sat down facing towards the Ganges, to meditate. It was the last time. Then on the wings of that meditation, his  spirit soared  to heaven, and the body was left, like folded vesture on the earth.

I guess we are still waiting for him.
